I am semi retired, in good health, and spending as much time as possible sailing. My wife doesn't enjoy offshore sailing, and is not part of these voyages. I am easy going, not critical of people, and generally fun to be around. The next voyage will be from our current position in Puntarenas, Costa Rica to Panama, probably all the way to Panama City.

Boat is only a few years old and all systems are in good conditions. I sometimes sail single handed, but prefer to sail with one or two additional crew.

Would like a person who is easy going and does their best to be safe aboard. Also will need to help with night watches.
I am also considering having someone boat sit while the boat is in marinas between voyages. The destination is Panama Canal and into the Caribbean for some island hopping. Need someone independant, and trustworthy for this position. They could/would have a crew position when underway if they desire.
