L'equipaggio è composto dal Comandante e una Hostess/cuoca/marinaia. Qualche volta imbarchiamo anche un marinaio. Quando cerchiamo personale deve essere rigorosamente dotato di libretto di navigazione italiano e corsi STCW e deve parlare perfettamente italiano e Inglese. La residenza in Sicila è privilegiata.
