Dear Shipmates

Introduction

I am from Switzerland, went to school in France, spent lots of time in Texas & Colorado.
Have always been active: flying, skiing, karting, waterskiing, scuba, fencing, as well as yoga , etc.
Since childhood always been dreaming of sailboat. In 2012 I purchased in Martinique, a beautiful Amel Super Maramu 2000.
Spent 9 months for preparations and learning the systems then started my trip in Dec 2013

About the boat, the plans, and current crew

The yacht is a 16 meter (53 ft) long Ketch rig with 2 Cabins, 2 heads, genset, air conditionning, watermaker, scuba compressor, etc.
In 2014 spent 8 months in Bahamas (Bimini, Grand Bahama & Nassau. New Providence) then went to Florida for repair & service.
May 2015 back to Grand Bahama, spent September in the Berry Island, a week in Nassau, a week in Staniel Cay, October & November in Georgetown, arrived in December in Turks & Caicos.
February 2016 arrived in Samana, Dominican Republic. May arrived in San Juan Puerto Rico, November arrived in Tortola, British Virgin Island.
March arrived Sint Maarten. June arrived in St Barth. Now back to Sint Maarten for hurricane season.
UPDATE: My beloved boat sunk during Hurricane Irma the 6 September 2017. Unsure at this point if I will purchase another vessel.

What is expected of the crew

Looking for a romantic companion that will help with keeping the boat clean and docking, be on watch when we sail, catch some fish!!!
Mostly enjoying some nice and relaxing time, walk on the beach, etc.
I have on board: 2 bicycles, scuba compressor with 4 tanks, 3 BCD, 2 regulators, 6 fishing rodes, dinghy, keyboard, movies, etc.
I enjoy cooking, but cooking skills are good too.
