Introduction

I am an experienced race skipper and USCG licensed captain, looking for experienced crew to help me sail and race around Cape Cod Bay next summer. I am looking for one crew to have video/ photography and social media/marketing experience. And then deliver my boat south in the fall. So I am looking for Fall and Winter teams. The goal is to do some racing and cruising in the warmer climates, possibly Florida or the Caribbean. I am looking for those who have racing experience, especially on a racing team..also would like to have a captain on board to charter the boat while I am back in the states. Planning to upgrade to a 44-50 ft racing yacht. And hopefully have this evolve into a race charter business. Planning to have 4-5 people on board.

We need responsible experienced crew to help in the piloting of the boat. Need committed agile and fit individuals for fore-deck work and trimmers as well as tacticians. Should take about 2-3 weeks to complete each leg of the journey depending on weather.
