Introduction
I’m a long term boat owner, living in New Mexico, that uses my Seattle based boat irregularly. When aboard, I like to have crew that can run the boat, is calm if there is an emergency, can help out in the kitchen and is good company. I’m healthy and fit, enjoy fishing, diving and sea kayaking (the boat is equipped for all three). I still work so boat trips tend to be shorter (1 week), although I am planning the run to both Alaska and Cabo. My favorite part of boating is just before dinner. I usually anchor out, and love watching the wildlife while having a gin and tonic and preparing freshly caught salmon and crab for dinner.
I'm well travelled and good at telling stories (some of them are even true!), I'm not judgemental, and am pretty good at running and maintaining the boat. I take safely seriously, the boat is well equipped for safe operation and is kept in top operating condition.

The boat is comfortable and has very low hours. Crew will have their own quarters and use of the on-board wifi. Ideally they would be available for one week trips with one month notice. I’m just looking for one person, that is good company and experienced running a boat, knows the waters on the Pacific coast and is sensible in diagnosing the inevitable problems.

Needs to be trustworthy, honest and fun to be around. A good conversationalist is a big plus. I would expect to include them as much as they want in activities, shore visits and dinners. I’m tidy and safe, and expect the same from the crew.
