I love the feeling of freedom that being on the water brings to my soul. I have been boating most of my life on small inland water vessels in Puget Sound, located in the state of Washington, USA

In the last 17 years I’ve had the pleasure to crew regularly on three recreational, pleasure cruising yachts. A 30' SeaRay, a 48’ Hatteras, and a 57’ Tollycraft Widebody. We traveled in and around the Puget Sound, San Juan Islands, up and down the coast of Washington, and a short jaunt up/down the Columbia River.

In October 2022. I spent 19 days, on a 65' Pacific Mariner. Which was a private vessel. My duties were to crew/stew for a couple, and their overnight guests who were participating, in a yacht club cruise on the Chesapeake Bay. The captain, and I hosted a large group for a day cruise, as well as, dinner, and cocktail party's for the owners and their guests.

In the summer of 2023, I crewed on a 50' Maritimo, for a couple and 4 of their friends. We went around Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands, and up the Inside Passage to Port McNeill.

On each of these vessels there was a Captain, and myself as crew. Therefore, I was also responsible to share in all on-board duties. Such as, cook, clean, minor repairs, and of course, navigate. I also helped with meal planning, and shopping. Although, I do lack experience docking… Funny how captains are about that! One skill I would love to gain is docking.

I am very active. I love the outdoors. I love boating, meeting new people, and the adventures! I keep myself in shape by hitting the Pilates matt several days a week.

I am an avid equestrian, and I am a certified instructor/trainer through the British Horse Society. I love to garden, dig razor clams, and ride horses in the high country. I also love to jump and work on dressage riding skills.

I work part-time from where ever I am. Therefore, I prefer a vessel that can provide wi-fi. I only work a few hours a week. I do book-keeping for a one-man excavation business, and medical billing for a private individual.

I have lived in England, Morocco, California, Oregon, and now for 40 years, my home has been in Washington.
