I love to sail, dive, travel, snorkel and experience life at sea.
My husband Selim and I are looking for a sailing adventures during our time off from volunteering with Sea Shepherd. We enjoy meeting new people, we're both pretty chilled and easy to get along with. We don't smoke, rarely drink and eat vegan. We are both used to living in close quarters with new people and are very respectful of others. We love travel, adventure and life on the water.
We are willing to travel almost anywhere for the right boat...
My previous experience at sea is as follows:

Ship experience:
5 years experience at sea with Sea Shepherd. Working as a photographer and spending between 6 and 8 months at sea per year. Campaigning in Northern Africa (Gabon, Liberia, Benin, Sao Tome) Europe (France and Italy) and Australia (East coast of Australia) for environmental protection and anti poaching missions. My role as media also included deckhand work and watch keeping on the bridge.

Sailing experience:
Dec 2016 - Jan 2017 - 26 days in the cruising class of the 'Cape to Rio' yacht race. Cape town, Sth Africa to Rio, Brazil. L38.
June - September 2016 - 11 weeks delivery from The Seychelles to Airlie Beach, Australia. Leopard 46.
Dec 2015 - Jan 2016 - 3 weeks cruising from Florida to Maria la Gorde, Cuba. Columbia 40.
September 2015 - 2 weeks delivery from Hamilton island to Sydney. Jeanneau 45
April - May 2015 - 5 weeks delivery from Borneo, Malaysia to Sorong, West Papua. Jeannuae 44.
Jan - Feb 2015 - 5 weeks cruising the Philippines. Selene motor yacht.

I'm a self employed photographer from Melbourne, Australia. I love to dive, travel and be on the beach or ocean. Im a very happy & positive person. I've spent a few years backpacking my way around the world and have been almost every where.... but there's still so much more I want to see. I'm pretty active and enjoy any water sports, hiking, mountain biking and anything adventurous. I eat a vegan diet but find it easy to adjust my meals slightly when cooking onboard. I haven't found it to be a problem on any boats so far.
