Happy to work in the galley (plan, provision, cook, and clean) as much as you'll allow, and do my share to crew, keep watch, & help sail.

I have a deep love for the water and recently assisted with a delivery from Rhode Island heading south. Previously, I joined an Endeavor 43 in Cuba as a cook and have served as both crew and cook on various vessels. My experience includes navigating the inter-coastal waters of the Whitsunday Islands on a 52-foot catamaran, sailing the British Virgin Islands multiple times aboard both monohulls and catamarans, and completing an Atlantic crossing from Connecticut to Bermuda to St. John on a J44. Additionally, I participated in an environmental mission in Costa Rica aboard a motorboat (see FindACrew reference).

I have demonstrated my cooking talents for private parties, retreats, and aboard sail and motorboats, handling everything from provisioning to preparing delicious meals and maintaining an organized and clean galley.

Beyond the nautical realm, I've also helped those in need. In September '22, I spent a month in the Ukraine, cooking for refugees escaping the war, and dedicated a month to cooking meals for migrants in Mexico in 2023.

Age is just a number, and at 66 years young, I'm in really good physical shape. I keep active through yoga, swimming, and enjoy a good game of chess. Additionally, my creative side flourishes as an artist & playwright – you'll find a unique blend of practicality and imagination within me.
