Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I was immersed in a vibrant generational French
culinary culture from an early age.
Bilingual and well-traveled, my adventurous spirit has taken me across the globe. I hold French
and U.S. passports and reside in West Palm Beach, Florida, after recently relocating from Southern
California. There, I pursued my ASA skipper sailing certification, earned a degree in Culinary Arts,
and obtained my private aviation cabin attendant licensure.
Returning to my original passion—the vast oceanic outdoors and the yachting lifestyle—I’m
thrilled to be back working on yachts; a journey that began during my college summers in the
mid-80s while attending USF in Tampa. My early experiences as part of a small crew delivering
sailboats to the Bahamas, the Caribbean Islands, and across The Gulf of Mexico introduced me to
the challenges of life at sea, including navigating multiple days in inclement weather with the
less advanced technology of today and putting aside discomfort to cook for my crew. This taught
me to be courageous, steadfast, and strong during adversity, and persevering during challenging
times.
These early adventures sparked a deep love for planning, provisioning, and creating healthy
meals in challenging, tight settings. In 2023, my passion for artistic plating led me to seek
advanced training in luxury culinary arts and services, specializing in private yachts and aviation.
I honed my skills and grew my craft to exceed my client'
s expectations. I thrive in this adventurous
lifestyle, embracing the unique challenges, unpredictable weather, and menu request
diversification. As a seasoned professional, I hold confidentiality and discretion in the highest
