Dear Shipmates,
2022/2023 I sailed the north Atlantic circuit and fulfilled a dream with this. It was an amazing time and I am so grateful for all the experiences on this journey.
Now I would like to circumnavigate the world westwards and just arrived at Martinique in Le Marin after crossing the Atlantic again.
Here I met my girlfriend with the idea to sail together. She is a newbie in sailing but would like to see if she enjoys it as much as I do. So if you could imagine also a couple on board this would be great:) Otherwise you could keep me in mind for an individual position for another time in case that she doesn`t get infected by the sailing fever as I am.
I enjoy the sailors life so much that I just would like to spend more time on sea and I'm looking forward to sharing this fascinating way of traveling and exploring the world. For me joining a boat as crew is about the whole experience itself and not primary about getting a lift to another place...
Until now I sailed as crew about 14.000nm on different types of boats (Wauquiez 40, Hanse 470, Wharram Tiki 38, Hallberg-Rassy 42, Excess 11) and crossed the Atlantic two times from East to West and once from West to East. Beside this I sailed on the Baltic Sea, the Meds and the Caribbean.
I would describe myself as a very open minded, polite, adaptable and responsible person.
Up until 2022, I worked as a social worker for about 10 years.
I like hiking, biking, cooking, playing chess, travelling and exploring nature.
