We only live once, and the experiences endured has only strengthened my abilities to proceed with a beautiful life. I am currently residing in Mazunte Mexico. I recently had the opportunity to crew on a 37foot Sail Vessel where I once again had the wonderful pleasure of the ocean. After a 3 week journey from Zihuataneo to Acapulco, and continuing on to Crucerita, it was time for a new adventure. I am seeking a position as a professional team mate on a yacht. The individual strength, and integrity I have gained will be an asset in a new journey, where I use my skills, and learn new ones along the way.

Wasaga Beach, the largest fresh water beach in the world is located on Georgian Bay, Lake Huron. This is where I was born and raised. At the age of 5 I was tossed by the waves, and survived a near drowning experience. My strength, and determination has increased my ability and respect for all bodies of water, and the continuous change Mother Nature endures within moments. 43 years later I am a strong, confident swimmer, with skill, and grace. I later loved all water sports, and I was driving a ski boat, and a jet ski at the age of 15. I am not sure if this counts as nautical miles, but riding the waves has become a great passion of mine. When I joined Find A Crew years ago, I was employed on a 68ft Irwin for a passage across the Atlantic. I was young, eager, and ready for an adventure, and that it was, as we crossed from Rhode Island to The Azores in 13 days, and our crew of 6 endured the challenge of the ocean. I love it, and respect it.

My parents owned a Campground in our tourist town, and at the age of 5 I was involved in the business.... Child labour at it's best. 🙂 I have old school work ethic which drives me to accomplish tasks to the best of my ability, with the concept of time as a relevant component. As a business woman, time is money, and I respect this philosophy wherever I work. My restaurant skills were influenced by an Italian family, where I was involved in the daily operations of taking care of business. I watched, and learned, served the clientele, cleaned the bathrooms, and took out the garbage. The harder I worked, the more I learned, and that was the beginning of my passion for cooking. I have gained old school Italian methods of cooking, that I use continuously for fantastic flavors from simple ingredients. My cooking style is adaptable to various dietary, and nutritional desires for individual lifestyles.
I consider myself a restaurateur as this has been my main source of income throughout my life. I have worked as a professional bartender, server, in many venues, from casual to fine dining, weddings, banquets, and conferences. I have been a hostess, and a deckhand on a 92ft yacht during my travels in Turkey.
This career choice has given me the adaptable lifestyle to travel, always economically, and explore the diversity of the world. I love people, and my experiences enables me to adapt to circumstances on all levels, providing personalized individual service on the level required.
I am a professional, with personality, positivity, perseverance, patience., passionately seeking an opportunity where I can enhance my intellectual integrity and become a team member with common goals for a fantastic life experience.

My father builds hotrods, he has encouraged me to learn with integrity, and have appreciation on all levels. I do not know it all, I never will, but it is my individual intention to gain knowledge,
and then lead with experience. I am the real deal. I respect boundaries, and personal space. I love to laugh, engage in conversation, learn from other's experiences, and continue my own. I am comfortable with my own company, and have been so for many years.
I realize the strength I have endured throughout the past year, because of my choices, and being able to send a wave in your direction will only provide me with an opportunity to continue to live a beautiful life.
