I have owned a houseboat and a cruiser, and have been ocean chartering or sailing on other's boats for decades. I have ~7,500 ocean miles in ~300 ocean days. Fla>NYC; Fla-Bahamas 10 times; Nassau-Georgetown 3 times; Tortola-St Martin twice; Key West-Dry Tortugas twice; Panama>Grenada; Haiti>USVI, with 1,100+ nights on anchor and 1,000+ days on inland waters. I have a Masters Inland and OUPV Near Coastal certificates, but I respect that you are captain, will follow your directives, and will care for your boat as if it were my own. If you want me to take on more responsibility, I would be comfortable doing that. Your choice.

My career had been IT sales, consulting and project management and can bring these planning and organizational skills to the adventure. I am a competent crew for longer voyages and competent captain for near coastal. I can navigate via dead reckoning and electronic, but my celestial navigation is very rusty, Will also willingly perform basic maintenance, stand watch, sail change, and docking....
I cook and clean, but don't expect me to whip up a soufflé.
