My name is Max, I am a young sailor from Switzerland, just having done my Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed) in the Solent (UK). I have over 5 years of experience as a Sailing instructor, and have basically been brought up on a sailing yacht. I always aim to be the most diligent worker on deck and am constantly searching for opportunities to learn and improve. Having done a language exchange in Vancouver taught me to be adaptable in new situations and connect with people from many different backgrounds. I speak German, English and French fluently, having some basic Spanish conversational skills. I am looking forwards to discussing how I could be of benefit to you and your yacht!

I have been sailing since I was 6 years old, however I now want to enter the Yachting world professionally. Speaking to anyone I have worked with before will tell you that I am very diligent, polite and give my best at anything I do. I have a wide variety of interests, bringing me an arsenal of skills that I am always happy to use. I like meeting new people, making new friends and connections and have no trouble getting by in an unknown environment. I like to do anything on or in the water, that be windsurfing, diving, swimming or otherwise. I am also a keen language learner, studying Latin for over 6 years in school, and having started to learn Spanish and Japanese on my own over a year ago. I like to go to the gym to stay fit, but never shy away at playing team sports with friends and others. I have no tattoos, piercings or otherwise. I am very organized and am always happy to help to clean. I hope I can be an asset to your boat!

I have just finished my Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed), sailed from la Rochelle across the Biscaya to the Canaries and am now seeking a yacht to practise and hone my skills.
