Introduction
Hello
I'm Dorothee and I'm still at the beginning of my sailing experience. I am fascinated by moving with wind and water and the technology around it. I left my homeland for the sea and now, well I want to sail on the water.
I like to do something with my hands and mostly outside in wind and weather.
I trained as a stonemason and worked in the theater for five years. Now I’m working as a arborist and climb on trees.
I still lack experience but I would like to learn more, whether it's sailing or working around the sailboat.
I've already been able to do a few nautical miles. I was on the Baltic Sea between Germany and Denmark (approx. 500 nm) and occasionally a weekend or individual days on the Baltic Sea, Lake Constance or the Mediterranean Sea.
