Introduction
Hi sailors! Currently I’m at Fiji looking for a boat to cruise around together and enjoy the beautiful Pacific and its Islands. I have no specific destination, I just want to enjoy cruising life and share this with nice people. I’m up for anything that will cross my path and feels good :)
About me; A few months ago I decided to quit my job, and see where the wind takes me. I’m 32, psychologist, sailing instructor, crossed the Atlantic a few years ago and sail races back in Holland (skutsjesilen). In April I jumped on board of a 74ft sailing yacht in Panama. We crossed the Pacific and visited beautiful places in French Polynesia. After the single nightwatches, handsteering all the way and assisting in passage planning and navigation, I can say I’m experienced crew. Sailing is the ultimate freedom for me and I’d love to continue living this lifestyle for a bit longer. Besides doing (night)watches, I like to cook, kitesurf, laugh, sing, dance, snorkel, hike, read and have good chats. I’ll bring a positive energy on board and love the quiet sunrises.
