The yacht is fully operational with safety-, navigation- and comfort equipment and one or two female crew can use their own cabin and head (3 double cabins, 2 heads).
Life aboard is very democratic, we share all duties and there are no female / male tasks. The planned routes are mutually decided upon, dependent on the crew’s experiences and ambitions.

I would prefer female crew members to create a balance (gender aspects) since the yacht is normally crowded with male crews. Also, I have cruised and raced with several female crew members and appreciate their spirit, modesty, willingness to learn and their contributions.
Preferably you pay for your own transport to and from the boat but other financial arrangements are up for discussion.
