Dear Shipmates

Introduction

Greetings,
We are the live aboard owners of this magnificent Sparkman Stephen’s designed yacht. She has been in a major refit since the beginning of 2021.
Beside sailing our interests include flying, fishing, exploring, hiking, wildlife photography, diving, windsurfing etc...
We are hands on owners.
For the summer of 2024 we are we plan to cruise up to the Queen Charlotte Islands. Expect to depart Victoria early July, back September. We are looking for crew for the section from Port Hardy to the west coast of the Queen Charlotte Islands and then to Prince Rupert or Bella Bella. Expect about two weeks depending how things go. If all goes very well and we are getting along could continue all the way back to Victoria.
We always rely of eating lots of fresh caught fish, crabs, prawns etc..

About the boat, the plans, and current crew

usually cleancomfortableluxuriousvery safevery spaciousvisit remote placesseek adventurelive off the grid

She has two of everything, from engines on up. For a sailing yacht her engine room with 6ft headroom is exceptionally large.
Her fuel capacity of nearly 4000 gall of fuel gives her global legs. With two 50KW and one 20KW generator, she can go places few others can.
A yacht of her complexity requires constant attention. We expect whoever sails with us to be a hands on person.

What is expected of the crew

We are looking for crew with sailing experience and being self sufficient.
The Queen Charlotte Islands west coast is one of the most remote and rugged coasts anywhere and there are no ports or facilities. Many inlets remain uncharted to this day!
