I worked as an IT Professional for the last 20 years. Raised three children who are all adults now so in early 2022 I left my career and took a seasonal position near Yellowstone national park (US) for 6 months. Spent the summer meeting new people and experiencing the area. I am back in Pennsylvania (USA) now and working a Maintenance gig at the moment along with working as a line cook and waiter. Just realized that there is more to life than working 50 weeks a year at a job i don't like in exchange for two weeks of overpriced vacation...hope that makes sense.... Living and traveling on the water has been something that I have considered for a long time. My sailing experience is limited to small (14') daysailers and for a time I owned a 21' Bayliner Buccaneer. About a year ago, I spent a couple weeks on a 52' Ketch in Panama helping to clean her up in preparation for charter. I would love to learn from someone that is willing to pass on their knowledge and experience. I am interested in making new friends and adding to my life experience by joining a crew. I am ok to travel to any boarding location. I am very laid back person, not overly outgoing, but hard worker and not afraid of any chore. I am handy with tools, can cook, clean and follow instructions. I am honest, dependable and handy. I get along with almost anyone.
