Hello there! I’m new to sailing but have recently completed some certificationsthrough ASA. I’m looking for some cruising experience as I work toward improving my boat handling skills and my goal of owning my own boat. I’m an IT Consultant by day, but my schedule is flexible enough for mutually beneficial trips! I am willing to work hard and to learn from great mentors. I can do day sails or short trips for the most part with short notice. I’ll be taking 2023 to travel domestically and a little abroad- doing the digital nomad trek- so I am open to opportunities. So far in 2023, I have done some day sailing in NC and San Carlos, MX, and did some cruising in the Aegean Sea (Syros, Lesvos, Oinoussai, and Chios) as well as competed in my first regatta in Antigua during sailing week. These have all been great, immersive experiences for me. In addition, I am going through the ASA training scheme and have just received my ASA103 certification in May.
