I am an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualified skipper. I recently completed a sail from Norfolk, VA to Newport, RI, then on to Little Cranberry Island, ME on a 58 foot Hinckley Cutter. I later sailed it from Camden, ME to Bermuda. Additionally, I have completed ASA 101, 103, and 104 Bareboat Cruising in Saint Augustine, Fl; before that US Sail Basic Keelboat and some other training at Olympic Circle out of Berkeley on the San Francisco Bay. Naval veteran, eight years, submarine electrician - great watch standing and maintenance skills, navy SCUBA qualified. Easy going, no special needs, as sarcastic as the day is long. But I can dial that back when the situation warrants.
