I’ve been sailing all my life.
The last 20 years I have made deliveries in the Pacific Ocean, Asia and across the Atlantic, I taught friends and other people how to sail.

- I’ve been working as skipper, deck hand, chef and captain mainly on sailing yachts.

I have got certificates, educations and experiences as follows,
Swedish Yacht master, VHF-Radio Certificate, ENG1, STCW, B1B2, Scuba Diving instructor.

I’ve been doing ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.

I don’t smoke or drink alcohol.
