I am a healthy, fit, and well-educated adult eager to evolve my sailing skill through hands on experience. I am Atlanta-based but occasionally able to reach the coast within a few days or a week's notice. I have extensive world travel and growing sail/passage experience. I follow clear instruction well and have a positive attitude. I was raised in Boston, spent summers in Cape Cod and also swam competitively many years. I have significant mechanical inclination (restored cars, an RV, and historic homes, etc.), am an experienced cook, and have a proven track record of keeping my cool during crisis situations. I am both flexible and easy going yet capable of taking things very seriously and getting things done on a spur of a moment.

I am a first generation US citizen (parents both from Europe) self-employed in real estate and hospitality. Sailing has always appealed to me and after joining a crew of a racing sail boat in Greece, then crewing with three others from Kemah, Tx to Pensacola, FL and more recently with two others from New Orleans to Fort Myers, FL directly across the gulf, and from Bar Harbor, ME to NYC summer of '23. I am fully hooked on the idea of crewing with others as I make new friendships and gradually improve my experience on the water.

As a child growing up near the coast of Boston, and spending summers on an island in Croatia (where my father is from and we still have a house), I have always been enchanted by the idea of sailing. We would watch the sailboats come in to visit and stay the night in the harbor and leave for the next leg of a journey soon after.
