I did sail already smaller and bigger cats and mono-hulls. For comfort / space I do prefer catamarans. But it is not only for the sailing but for the traveling of our beautiful world.

I left the working life as a mining engineer early to be able to travel and enjoy.
Boat skipper cat. B licence. > 1year at sea; >25.000 sm, mainly on cats, one Atlantic crossing (double handed) on monohull in 2021 and a Pacific crossing between French Polynesia and Australia in early 2022 on Lagoon 380 (double handed). In August I crossed the Biskaya and sailed along the coast of Maroc on a Lagoon 420. In November 2022 I sailed a Lagoon 500 from Bonaire to Nassau. Early 2023 I sailed on a Lagoon 450F from Panama to French Polynesia and later towards the end of the year from Fiji to Singapore. The Summer 2023 I chartered in the Med. sailing around the Balearic Islands and along the Italian coast from Rome to Sicily. In Feb. 2024 I delivered a Lagoon 400S2 from France to Sicily and later on to Cypress. In 5/24 I also delivered a Bali 4.2 from Sicily to Cypress together with its new owner while teaching him how to sail. Lately I helped to sail a 30“ Monohull down the river Rhone all the way to the Med.
