My motivation and reasons to crew on a boat

I got first time on board in 2015, sailed for a month and fell incurably in love with sailing. This year (2024) I finally got my skipper license in Greece, and I am looking to spend time with more experienced skippers, learn and help. I can cook, navigate boat, do basic maintenance (but willing to learn more) etc... Basically, everything that's part of the boat life. In short, I just want to see those sails filled with breeze. :)
