I am an adventurous lady with lots of seafarer experience including running the sailing charters, “all rounder” is looking for the opportunity to run a next boat.
I am experienced, versatile, enthusiastic and adaptable. Some other skills and competences includes managing the property, accounting, guest service and hosting, provisioning, cooking for boat owners, guests and team, interior and exterior care and maintenance , assisting the captain in sailing, docking, line handling, day and night watch keeping, navigation, running the private boats and several seasons of sailing charters

I am an active, enthusiastic person with a great passion to travel, learn new skills, explore and discover unknown. I have a university degree in economics and management and have 15 years of shipboard experience , including cruise ships , sailing and motor yachts.
Vast experience and passion for travel industry helped me to develop good people skills, to promote friendly, healthy environment to make the team comfortable on the boat and the best experience for the guests.

I have made 2 seasons in Europe, 2 summers in Alaska, 1 season in South Asia, numerous times in Caribbean, East and West coasts of the USA. I have been in 65+ countries and lived in some of them.
If you are looking for diligent, responsible, mature, respectful and thoughtful professional multi-tack team member, to run the friendly, informal, well balanced yacht , would love to hear from you and take into consideration the relevant deal, for now or future.
I am looking to step up to run the boat in 1st mate/cook/chef role, to manage the interior independently solo with captain or in a small team

I am seeking more theoretical and practical skills in yacht/small boat operations with a great team, more harmony, balanced lifestyle. I have been dealing with for many sailing and motor boats, including running the successful sailing charters for 3 seasons/2 summers in Martha's Vineyard and 1 summer in USVI/

Preferences to informal, low to medium key, well time manaht which provides good work life balance, reasonable amount of days off and time off, friendly yet professional atmosphere. Private or chartered sailboat,40-90 ft., solo interior run and multitasking. Sailing adventures, boat maintenance knowledge, boating business knowledge and cultural experience. Friendly, positive, creative atmosphere, peace and harmony, fun and depth-in conversations, good vibes with the Captain and team are paramount.
