Hello.I have my "6-pack" OUPV Captains license as of August 2023. We have coastal cruised by chartering once or twice per year since 2018. I have my ASA101/103/104 Certifications and Jennifer has crewed on race teams in Charleston, SC. She is usually my first mate and a great cook. We own a 1990
Catalina 42 that we sail regularly near Beaufort, South Carolina. We have also bareboat chartered Lagoon 40 (BVI), Beneteau 38 (Guadeloupe for 4 weeks), Bali 4.5 (Charleston), Lagoon 38s multiple times (Charleston), Beneteau 45 (Charleston), Bavaria 42 (Charleston), a Dufour 46 (in Antigua), and a Triangle 32 (Belize), and crewed on a Bavaria 50 (Thailand). I grew up boating on lakes and rivers. Currently living on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina (~1000 miles of shoreline). I’ve been to the Caribbean and the coast many times. I’ve been on the ocean many times. We have not yet been seasick, but expect it will happen eventually. HAHA. My lifelong dream is to sail all over this blue pearl. I’m working toward this goal with more diligence recently. I’m an Industrial Engineer by trade and have worked in the automotive manufacturing world for most of my career. I’m open minded and worldly minded, having been raised in America by Italian immigrants and working over seas twice in Germany and Mexico (but sadly, I don't speak Spanish). Jennifer is an excellent cook, and has the same wanderlust I do. We want to travel and explore. We are seeking like minded folks who want to sail and explore with us. Would love to get into boat deliveries more.
