Introduction
Ahoy Captain & Shipmaties!
I'm a friendly and easygoing Aussie chick currently travelling in Japan, but I am interested in getting involved in doing some deliveries anywhere in the world or taking on some paid work in the near future. So if that's what you're up to please let me know 😊
I crossed the Pacific from Fiji to New Zealand late 2018 in 8 days aboard "Caps Tres" a Cutter rigged Puma 435 with a very capable and conscientious Captain and one other crew.
I have also previously circumnavigated Fiji in 2018 on board a 58ft ketch, with 8 other amazing crew and captain whom I now consider some of my best friends.
I have my RYA Competent Crew certification completed on beautiful Moreton Bay, where I had previously spent lots of time on recreational powerboats fishing, snorkeling and wakeboarding etc. Rarely sea sick, tidy and I don't take up much space at a huge 5ft1in. I genuinely love being out on the water, and in it!
Ordinary conventional life doesn't interest me much and am making travel my life for the time being. Sailing really matches my values in terms of caring for the environment and living more in touch with nature.
