Introduction
Day Skipper Qualified 2020, significant experience
Based in Mexico City, available to fly to any location, looking for both unpaid and paid opportunities.
Most of my miles to date have been coastal/Mediterranean and logged as crew in a Sandler 32. I've got experience of plenty of smaller and larger vessels including multihulls and regularly race in keel boats.
I pack light, bring a good attitude with patience for weather and people alike. Any time off watch I'm likely to be reading, cooking for all or happily helping with maintenance. Eager for some more experience, a bit of adventure and some laughs besides.
Happy to fly out to wherever is required to join for legs, very happy to consider longer passages.
Moderate skills in woodworking, beer brewing and fluent in Spanish.
I don't need much to survive (occasional beer) & I'm pretty easy to chill with. Definitely not afraid of a night sail or a long passage, cooking for 5-15 (I often backpack in hostels/wild camp) and always up for a spontaneous adventure or for a planned expedition...
I've sailed via Findacrew before, can't wait to do it again.
Can bring on board other crew if required, my girlfriend is a native Mexican and an eager novice!
