Ahoy! After taking a step back from my career and taking the time to follow the wind and travel more before Covid hit, I have been happily soaking up mountain life living in Whistler, BC. As the snow is melting, I’m starting to dream about more adventures on the water.

I grew up sailing and racing on a keelboat, along with having my own Laser to play around with. I live for the outdoors and nature, and have studied Eastern Sciences on my world travels. I lead a healthy lifestyle, eat plants, teach Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and love to cook. I have been a chef on a sailing retreat in Sardinia, and recently designed and opened a plant based restaurant in Vancouver BC.
