Introduction
Hi there!
We are Anna and Toby and we are currently on the mission to travel the world over land and over sea.
We firmly believe in reliability, are fast learners and are not afraid to get our hands dirty. We are willing to work extra hard and will contribute to the journey. We worked on a delivery trip traveling from Phuket to Brisbane, from Hong Kong to Japan and from Japan to Alaska on a beautiful sailing yacht as crew, watch keepers, chefs, cleaners and helping with the everyday tasks. We made a lot of nautical miles this way, learned a lot and know the 101 of boat life.
We are absolute team players and love working at sea. We are experienced in day work at the shipyard as well.
Anna has a Masters Degree in Education and worked for 2 years as a counselor for refugee families and 4 years in childcare (age 1-10) in Germany. Toby is a professional Photographer/Videographer & Production Coordinator and we would be happy to produce a video or photography for you or your business / your ship and the journey. We can also help with Webdesign and advertisement if you need a hand with something like that.
Apart from the creative work, a lot of people have described us as very good chefs and and we would be more than happy to cook and/or help in the kitchen (we have experience as kitchen hands as well). We can do cleaning, small repairs and maintenance on deck, help organizing, could’ve an eye on logistics and know what to watch out for whilst sailing. We might not have too much experience in sailing but we are willing to work our asses off and help wherever we can. Also we are well traveled, well mannered, fulfill the cliche of the german industriousness and are decent company. It would be more than great to hear back from you!
