Hola, Hallo, Bonjour, hello my dearest Shipmates,

I am an energetic, kind, and easygoing human who is captivated by the interactions of sea, wind, and sails - it feels like the art of airbending - learning the works of it moves me deeply. I have been fortunate enough to spend time with Captains that loved that as well, and were kind enough to teach me. I still remember the spoon and water example fondly to understand the aerodynamics; it felt like the aha! moment :)far far along.

Something that I learnt through sailing was a whole new way of dealing with responsability - boats are a magnifying glass, in the sense that the actions (or inactions) will have a way faster and direct impact on the running and safety of the boat, others and myself. It also applies for the good things - small, well done actions can go

I understand that the boat is your home, and by inviting me, you're opening the doors to something that is very valuable and means a lot to you. I show up in respect and care for that. I also know that I do not know how to sail or understand all the factors and things that come into making decisions as a captain. To address this, I show up by getting really good at following orders and picking up what needs to be done.

I have also been learning the basics and studying through books, and asking many questions to understand the essentials so I can be more helpful :)

Sailing is becoming part of my lifestyle :) And a crossing feels like one of the best learning and sharing experiences to have!
I am on the process of returning to my country of birth - Argentina - for the first time in almost a decade. Because it has been so long, I want to go slow, and through see. All my grandparents got to the country through sea, so doing it myself makes me feel more connected.
