I am a boat owner and have completed courses for Basic Cruising, Coastal Navigation, and VHF. I have crewed on some blue water passages through the Bahamas as well with durations of 2 and 3 weeks.

I have always believed in a few basic thoughts that have worked well for me. It is one thing to go through life and live, it is another to feel alive. Secondly, be curious about the world around you. Learn and explore everything. Most importantly, allow yourself the gift of simply saying hello to people. You will never imagine the adventures that you could be opening the door to. I have had a life very rich of experiences as a result.
