Dear fellow sailing lovers

Just disembarked from my friend's 37ft boat after a remarkable six-month journey across the South Pacific, I'm filled with the exhilaration that only the sea can bring. My affinity for maritime adventures began a few years ago when I crewed from Norway to the Shetlands, winding down the picturesque West Coast of Scotland. Beyond sailing, my connection to the aquatic realm extends to diving - both scuba and apnea. I wish to become more literature in ocean ecology and fantasize of coastal foraging on future voyages.I generally find joy in reading (psychology, anthropology, ecology), writing, hiking, yoga, music, running, and gardening.
My dream is one of simplicity and compassion, finding ways of being in meaningful relations with human and more-than-human communities alike. Through extensive backpacking and living in too many countries during years of university study, I've cultivated flexibility and adaptability, honed the art of seeking possibilities, and developed a trust that things unfold for the better.
