Introduction
We are a small company with a watersports and boat trips business which is performing on a high level in quality and customer care. We love our business and want to work with people who think and act similar. We provide a friendly and open work- atmosphere. The work will be as a deckhand/hostess for day charters on the catamaran and as well the monohull if required.. If there are no charters, we expect help in generell maintenance of our boats and as well a hand in the watersports center, if needed. We expect full loyalty, enthusiasm and responsibility.for the boats, our guests and the company goals. As well as flexibility if neccessary for weather and work conditions. And when you have an open mind, always a smile on your face, and we can have a joke together, you are our man or woman. Fluent English and car driving licence will be expected.
About the boat, the plans, and current crew

The ship is a beautiful, well maintained Fountain Pajot Lavezzi 40 ft. Catamaran which is performing day charters with international customers. The work will be as a deckhand/hostess for day charters on the catamaran. If there are no charters, we expect help in generell maintenance of our boats and as well a hand in the watersports center, if needed. The deckhand/hostess is responsible for preparing/serving the lunch and drinks, helping with sailing manovers and cleaning the boat to be ready to go. The Catamaran is on a mooring, so all goods, diesel, water and guests have to be transferred by dinghi to the ship.
Accommodation is landbased in rented rooms on twinshare basis. The accommodation is paid by the company on top of the salary and is free for the crew. The crew and team of the watersports will have a company car to come and go to/from work. As well we pay a part of the treavel expenses in and out after finishing the job. The work starts from 1st May 2024.
