Videographer / video editor / photographer with a heart that beats for art and adventure looking to cross the rest of the Pacific in the future. Sailed from Panama to Tahiti in January - March 2023.

Extroverted, positive and passionate about life. Most people tend to call me funny :) I love surfing in the rain, acrylic painting, playing card games and traveling with no plan. Because my background is in event production, I’m always the person to organise and host dinner parties, get-togethers, and baseball games for my friends. I appreciate genuine people, good conversations, nature and camping. I believe life’s better with your hair drenched in sea salt and your toes out of your shoes (life’s better barefoot!).

Learning languages in one of my passions, and besides Finnish and English, I speak Spanish fluently. I traveled in Mexico & Central America for 14 months, and while living and working in Nicaragua and Costa Rica, I finally fulfilled my dream in mastering the language. Currently I’m learning French (so hard but so rewarding!) and sailing on a French boat helps. I’ve also had to learn Swedish in school.

I quit my job and I’m traveling to my friend’s wedding in Nicaragua at the end of December 2022. I want to fulfil my long-term dream of crossing the Pacific Ocean. Ideally we would stop to surf in different places :)

I would love to learn how to sail and see what goes into maintaining a boat – and maybe one day fulfil my dream of owning my own sailboat. Although I only have two weeks experience in sailing, my attitude, mindset and excitement to learn makes up for it. Ready to party = I don't mind if there is alcohol on board or not, although I'm always up for a party (I'm Finnish after all). However, I am totally fine with just chilling and enjoying boat life as it is.
