I am Caryn.

I'm currently in Argelès-sur-Mer for a few weeks and would love a chance to get on a boat. Thought I'd update my profile and see if there's anyone around who wants to do a day sail in the area.

I owned and skipper my own boat in the Chesapeake Bay. When sailing further from home I prefer someone else is the skipper! I think cruising, visiting new places, living on a boat & exploring are tons of fun! I am happy, fun, easy going person with good communication and teamwork skills. Before retiring I spent my career selling complex computer system. My final position was Director of Sales for Global Partners. I have BS in Chemical Engineering but only worked as an actual engineer for few years.

I am happy married and not looking for romance but love to sail, play on the water & go exploring.

I am building a network of people to sail with regularly. Retired early, two children & happily married. My husband and I learned to sail together but his interest has shifted to mountain biking but I really like to sail! I have good availability to join others sailing in interesting locations. Avid touring bicyclist and swimmer. We spend the winter months in AZ and summers in Mountains of Utah.

Enjoy working with others and being on the water. Fairly social person but relatively quiet. I like to play cards, hang out with others on boats, swim, hike, explore new places and people. I like being a part of a team and staying active. I am interested in all aspects of sailing including boat maintenance. I care about the quality of the food on board and can cook, plan provisions ect. but I am happy to eat tasty food others have prepared.

When checking out compatibility with new boats I like to meet, hopefully in person, or via hangouts/skype/zoom before joining a new boat. Prefer to do some test sailing before starting out on extended passages.
