I'm tiki roofing the enclosure which I've installed a great theater system, a fish cleaning area shower, the whole yard will become a Gardens, a bunkhouse and making trails thru this,unique property! This is very secluded and private water access only! To me this is a dream come true and an adventure elite! Some come join me on a Private Island 🏝 and enjoy this incredable Journey! The yacht is parked here so we have that comfort as well while we create this unique environment!

I have changed plans and plan on exploring the Keys!I still need a first mate for diving, fishing, underwater filming, and just having a good time! So come join the fun in the sun!All Diving Equipment has been redone and ready to go Rods and reels all restrung and set up ready to start some precision trolling for some huge fish! So come join in on the fun!

Boat has 3D TV, 3/4 size fridge / freezer, 4 underwater cameras internet through mobile hot spot for 5 devices, above water scuba sled, a sail dingy, programming for editing and burning DVD's of our underwater adventures plus all in one printer for printing still shots and faxing framable quility printing!

Will be a very comfortable trip and lots of fun as this is a recreational trip and not just a delivery!

Boat is fitted for comfort and luxury I refit it more like a motorhome than boat it is nice clean and very comfortable and entertaining! She's not all shiny and new but the comfort is we're it is needed! Bathroom spotlessly clean!
