I am an optimistic allrounder looking for one or more sailing experiences… I have done a few night passages (watch). Totally I have done about 5000 miles on the ocean. I have a Swiss qualification to steer sailing boats (and smaller motor vessels) around inland lakes... and I have the Swiss license for Offshore sailing on pleasure boats (not commercial). I have a basic radio license for offshore communication.

I am helpful, relaxed, patient and a very friendly person who likes to see the world and meet new people,... but I don't like to get yelled at too much… and I drink very little alcohol (maybe one beer in a week) :-) But please feel free to ask me more questions about me...

I am a girl in her early forties, usually working as a teacher. I have a degree in history and geography and I am very interested in all kind of topics,... I like all kind of sports, reading (especially hisorical fiction/ travel fiction) and taking photographs. But I can be very quiet as well,... as I am rather shy at the beginning of new friendships. I want to improve my sailing skills on the ocean and earn some more sea miles,...get more confident in navigation and maneuvering. Unfortunately I can't afford a boat (yet) to see the oceans and improve my sailing experience yet, but I am a quick learner (usually) on new boats and open minded to learn new things. :-) (been on monohulls and catamarans)
