Dear Shipmates

Introduction

Thomas
West Australian
Went to South America, Chile. For a holiday from work, which was working in a GOld Mine as an Electrician.
Since then i have travelled through Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Venezuela.
When i reach the top of South America, which is Isle De Margarita.
I wanted to go further.

I was informed of Findacrew and got hooked up. Flew to Grenada Caribbeen.
Sailed on 48ft Cat, Sailed in the Grenada Regatta coming 1st. Which was on 32ft Contessa.
Relocating back on a 48ft cat, we sailed north. Passing some fantastic islands St Lucia, St Kitts, Went through the straight in Guadelope. Bermuda and finally St Marteen.
From there i went back to St Bart's, back to St Marteen.

1 day later, another boat.
DownTime 58ft Voyager.
Sailing North through the BVI
Surviving the FUll Moon Bomber SHack Party on Tortola.
Headed North the Caicos and Turks islands.
Unbelievable
After there Hogsty Reef.
Reached South Bahamas. Acklins, Long Cay, Samana Cay, Rum Cay. Exuma Islands and Lastly Nassua.
Great times, amazing fishing, diving, kitsurfing and sailing!
Two weeks off.
Arrived in Greece, full overhaul of 2 Galoot Turkish Motor/ Sail Charter Cruisers.
Spent 5 months chartering these vessels through the Cyclades and Iodians Islands of Greece.
My role was to provide Breakfast and 3 course Lunch for mainly French and Italians guests on-boards for one week at a time. This job also included Docking/ Sailing/ Anchoring and all round aspects of a 2 crew charter vessel.
I had fantastic time with the workload and the other enduring tasks.
Panama Canal to Australia this year crossed successfully, many islands Vanuatu being the my cherished experience.
Now in South France awaiting another adventure..... (yes thomas does travel)

A little about myself, my interests and my plans

Young, fit and open minded.
Finiacially comfortable. Interested in cooking, sailing, surfing, diving, fishing, kitesurfing adventures.
Qualified Electrician.
Experienced Engineering, Cooking, Navigating. As have been paid as these positons on different vessels.
Have grown up on the coast of West Coast Australia. Not many people, Heaps of water.
My Grandfather started the 'Fremantle Yacht Club'. Which is the biggest and well known Yacht Club in Australia.
I love the water. Maybe beacuse i am a Pisces, my ancestral background. Not sure but it's my passion.

My Plans. To keep having fun.
I want to sail as many miles as i can and experience the essence of life.
My Mum lives in Rio. I have family and friends throughout the world. So i don't like to be in one for to long of time.
Anyway these are all in the pipeworks.
Plans can change.
Drop a line.
Skype Me. Lets talk.
Could start a business.
Could help rebiuld your boat.
Could pull up some lobster for you Grand-Parents on there 50th Anniversary.
Who know's?

My motivation and reasons to crew on a boat

When the suns goes down and see the green flash for the first time.
WHen it's blowing 40 snots. Tacking into it. Dark Cold in the middle of no where.
When your diving some remote reef, poke your head into a cave.
I could go on...

I have the energy and ability.

Let's Sail!
