I have been lake sailing for 8 seasons in CT, and it's my favorite activity. I spent 2.5 weeks on a 31 ft. Pacific Seacoast on the Great Lakes. I was crew with all kitchen duties. For 2 winters I was crew on a J 30 sailboat for racing in Florida, and it was fun. I have more free time now, and I would like to do more sailing or boating. I have always loved being on the water--lake or ocean. I am willing to help in any way I can. Eager to learn. I just want to enjoy the adventure! I am a physician and a former RN. I have good common sense, and I tend to stay calm. I have a good first aid sense, and I can write prescriptions in the US.

I am a physician (Gynecologist), and I retired young. I have my CT Safe Boating Certificate. I have not practiced boating using charts much, however, since I have mostly sailed on Bantam Lake. I do have my scuba certificate, and I have done some scuba diving. I rarely drink; I'm healthy, and I don't use any drugs. I have my own health insurance. I am very willing to learn from others, and I find other people very interesting. I am social, but generally quiet. I like to read. I can entertain myself easily.

I am neat and clean and very responsible. I liked living on a boat when I had the chance, and I always love being out on the water. I am adventurous. I can accommodate to conditions that are not perfect. I understand when things need to be taken care of quickly on a boat.

I am very conscientious, and I would like to learn more about sailing. I am willing to do whatever needs doing. I appreciate a captain who keeps the boat well-maintained and safe.

I love sailing, and I love being on the water. I have no work obligations, so I'm free to go and to stay awhile! I would like to travel and see a few places and be with others who enjoy sailing. I love being someplace warm in the winter.
