Hi! I am Matias, 35 years old, living between France & French Polynesia. Now in France, I just got my Deckhand certificate to work on boats and comercial ships. So the certificate give me a lot of knowledges & security skills on board. I learn a lot about personal survival techniques, survival craft, fire fighting and first aid.
Now my plan is to go back sailing to Tahiti and after that until Australia to work there.
So I would like to join a captain to cross atlantic first and Pacific.
Nevertheless I am open to all adventure, surfing and sailing trip from Europe (Madeira, Canarias, Cabo Verde).
About sailing, i did some trips in Europe and a lot in French Polynesia - I got around 10 000 NM experience, with all meteological conditions and with sailing more than 10 DAYS without landing.
So I think i will be a good crew/deckhand to help you in your trip (cooking, maintenance, watchkeeping, navigation, cleaning, etc.) i am very versatile and openminded.
