Hi There!

I am an experienced sailor with 2 Atlantic Crossings and 30,000 miles both cruising and racing. I am looking to sail from February or March onward and interested in joining a boat from Panama bound for the South Pacific, via Galapagos, Marquesas, French Polynesia and onward. I am also open to other itineraries with the right people on board. I am looking for a good positive connection, with good, friendly people who love to laugh and live life to the fullest and want to enjoy all that cruising has to offer. I am a photojournalist and nature lover, writer, English as a second language teacher and most of all experienced mariner. I have worked commercially as a mariner and also for pleasure for many years. I have marine certifications including STCW, Bridge Watch Rating, more than 30,000 sea miles and have owned my own sailboats for cruising and sport boats for racing. I had an all female team for racing. I will be in the Panama/Costa Rica area this winter and if you have an opportunity coming up for me, I would love to do a 3 week trial on your boat locally to make sure we are a good fit for sailing together.
