Hi, I am an easy going person, level headed with a positive attitude towards life/challenges and still eager to learn new things. I have plenty of experience as a sailor and delivery crew/captain. In the past I have had my own cabin yacht for over 15 years. I have an ICC/Dayskipper certificate and Yacht Master Theory. I also have a car engineering degree so can work diesel engines. Sailed mainly in Europe, Northsea, Celtic Sea, Channel, Gulf of Biscay, Med, Atlantic Ocean, etc. as well as one offs in Thailand and the Pacific Ocean. I have sailed as a captain various mono hulls up to 50 ft as well as cats. Also took part in the Fastnet in 2011. Also available for deliveries. Delivered a Lagoon 40 from Les Sables to Sukosan (2700 nm), an Outremer 4X from La Grande Motte to St.Lucia/Barbados (5000nm) and a German Frers 52 from Bermuda to Falmouth. Well over 15,000nm in the last two year alone. I love to cook and there are usually no leftovers ;-). Experienced in provisioning for long crossings as well.

Don't let my age turn you off as I am very fit and strong, fitter and stronger than most 40 year old chaps. I run three times a week 6k and do weights 6 days a week.

I am able to organise an experienced professional crew for deliveries.

My main motivation is to gain more experiences whether in sailing or life in general. Never too old to learn and likes to live life to its full potential. I would like to live my life to the following phrase:
